Project: Documentary/Educational Video

Audience: Children and teens, ages 8 - 18

Objectives: Create a contemporary 10-minute educational documentary as part of the Angel Soft® Angels in Action® Program. Their goal is to encourage kids to volunteer and make a difference in the world around them.

Execution: This high-energy video, hosted by actress Jane Kaczmarek from FOX TV’s ‘Malcolm in the Middle’ was shot entirely on location in Boston, Philadelphia, and New Jersey. We followed three real-life community service projects created by young people that made a huge difference in their communities. Quick cuts, hip soundtrack, stylized graphics, and a film treatment to all the video footage added to the contemporary look and feel of the piece.

Project: Broadcast/Entertainment

Audience: Cable Television viewers

Objectives: Field Producer for 6 episodes of the series showcasing homes so unique they take design to the extreme edge, while introducing the people who build and live in these structures.

Execution: From the Hudson Valley to Bridgehampton, on New York's Long Island across the Midwest down to Reo, Indiana. We toured the most unusual houses found in the US, from architect Preston Phillips’ Building Block house to Gary and Marilyn Wades home which resides inside a Drive-in Movie Screen.

Client: Hawthorn Suites

Project: Spots (3) :30

Audience: General Public/Business Travelers

Objectives: On a very tight timetable and production budget we created market “buzz” and customer awareness with a new brand advertising campaign for the hotel chain.

Execution: Filmed entirely on location in Atlanta, GA, the spots featured the amenities of the suites through the humorous on-camera endorsements and testimonials of John Russell, former CEO, Days Inns, Don Landry Former President, Choice Hotels as well as the current Hawthorn Suites President & CEO Mike Leven.

Working closely with 360, Hawthorn Suites’ Advertising Agency of record, three 30 second commercials were produced, Directed and edited in the 24P High Definition format.

Client: Discover Financial Services, Inc.

Project: Documentary Profiles

Audience: 200 including DFS Senior Executives, Scholarship Winners and their immediate family plus assorted television, film, sport, music, political, and business leaders.

Objectives: Create 9 day-in-the-life documentaries of for the Discover Card Tribute Award Scholarship Program. Nine scholarship winners are chosen from over 12,000 applicants who show strengths in four of the five following areas: leadership, obstacles overcome, unique endeavors, special talents and community service.

Execution: Shooting in 9 cities over a 12 day time period with a small documentary crew and chartered airplane service we created 9 compelling stories of inspiration and hope celebrating the efforts of nine high school juniors who are committed to making a difference in today's world. Each story was researched, scheduled and shot in the high schools, homes, neighborhoods and towns from all over the U.S. and abroad. All of the footage and interviews were logged, transcribed, prepped and edited in time for the film's premiere at the Gala Awards Ceremony in Washington D.C.
